KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL, JADAVPUR
Counseling Dates
It is hereby notified that the Counseling for the Admission in the First year MBBS Course (2010-11) of KPC Medical College will commence from 21st of August and will extend to 24th of August , 2010 excluding 22nd (Sunday) as per the following schedule. Candidates are directed to bring all their Original Certificates and the amount of Fees(See Fees Structure) as prescribed in the web site of KPC Medical College. Admission will have to be taken on spot and the schedule will be followed strictly.
21st August,2010 = 1—25
23st August,2010 = 26--50
24st August,2010 = 51—77
Candidates are to report exactly at 10 A.M. in Administrative Building.
| 1) Admit card of the Entrance Examination. |
| 2) 10th standard Admit card / mark sheet for proof of age. |
| 3) Certificate of 10th standard. |
| 4) Admit card of 10 + 2 |
| 5) Mark sheet of 10 + 2 |
| 6) Conduct & Character Certificate(as per format attached in Prospectus) |
| 7) Transfer Certificate of School/College leaving Certificate |
| 8) Two recent and identical passport size photographs and four stamp size photographs |
| 9) Affidavit (as per format attached) |
| 10) Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of "West Bengal University of Health Sciences" payable at Kolkata. |
